About the Project:
Career 101 is a program created by the CityofMinneapolis which helps people choose their
career path. I reworked their pamphlets by coming up with a consistent and easy to use layout, color coding
the different career choices, purchasing stock images and making a logo. The word "career" in the logo represents
a staircase ascending to the highest point of the triangle. It follows the value of the program in helping individuals move forward in life and regain balance (another design element I used). I also worked with bright
and encouraging colors and images to evoke a feeling of positivity and motivation. The project
includes student packets, teacher packets, and "a day in the life" packets
to tell a story about a person working in each field.
